# Paperclip

Paperclip is a document management and data transmission tool that is used by many intermediaries and insurance carriers to process and transfer data such as applications.

White Swan has an integration with Paperclip's Mojo service which allows fully signed applications to be transferred to Paperclip.&#x20;

In this process, applications are transcribed and structured to create a standardized ACORD message.&#x20;

Once this is done, the processed application can be sent to various back-office administration systems such as **iPipeline**, **Agencybloc**, **Smart Office**, **Salesforce**, **Agency Integrator**, **NetX360**, and more.&#x20;

This integration is mainly useful for those who are under an [Innovator Plan](https://docs.whiteswan.io/partner-knowledge-base/platform-overview/plans-to-access-platform/innovator-plan), as other plans feature operational support with processing applications.

**Getting started with the Paperclip integration**

1. Visit the [integrations page](https://app.whiteswan.io/partner_integrations)
2. Scroll down to the Paperclip integration and press "Integrate with Paperclip"
3. Enter your Mojo Base URL as well as your API key\*

Once you've followed these steps, your integration is ready, and any applications submitted under your company account will be transferred to Paperclip for processing.
